Return & Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about returns, defects, and how we make things right.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Refunds or replacements are only available for products that arrive defective or damaged.

All Sales Are Final

Because all Sadie Lynn Holloway merchandise is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a defective or damaged product. This includes incorrect size selections, color preferences, or change of mind.

Please review sizing guides carefully before placing your order. Size charts are available on each product listing at our Printful storefront.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will make it right — at no cost to you.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at SadieLynnHollowayCountry@gmail.com with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved claims will receive either a full replacement at no charge or a full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Shipping Costs

For approved defective or damaged item claims, return shipping is not required — simply send us your photo documentation and we will process your replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
